Co-own homes are opportunities to be the permanent, forever home for one of our promising show puppies or adults while they remain part of our program. This dog is able to be loved by and bond with their owners in a home environment instead of kennel-raised. By placing them in a home as a valuable family member, we are doing our best to ensure they receive individual attention and training. These homes are an integral part of our breeding program and allow us to grow and preserve our lines.

The dogs selected to be apart of our program are carefully chosen, often the top pick puppy of the litter, with a great disposition and the most structurally correct per the golden retriever standard. These prospects may also be an older puppy or young adult dog that has house and obedience training already. They will go through extensive health testing and depending on the dog, there may be some commitment for us to show and title the dog. They will remain apart of our breeding program for a specified period of time and once that time is over, full ownership will be signed over to their family.
